ICHF Events Ltd, organisers of CHSI Stitches trade show for the craft industries (previously known as Craft Hobby + Stitch International) has seen a positive response from craft wholesalers and manufacturers across the globe expanding their stand space at the event at the NEC in February 2016 to allow for extended product ranges and new collections.
With a fresh new logo and a new name echoing the show's original name, CHSI Stitches is set for a bumper show in 2016. In addition to many brand new companies exhibiting for the first time at the show, ICHF has provided larger stand spaces to a host of companies that are using CHSI as the influential trade event of the year.
Adam Elkins, Sales and New Business at ICHF Events explains, “The response from exhibitors this year has been extremely positive and shows strength in the industry. From larger international companies to smaller producers, the message we are hearing this year is that the industry is confident, growing and robust.”
CHSI 2016 will welcome a host of companies exhibiting for the first time. These include leading craft and sewing supplies wholesaler Jomil UK; Chester Wool, UK manufacturer of undyed yarns; and fabric wholesaler Quality Textiles from the Netherlands. The Kuretake UK Ltd stand at CHSI will feature specialist workshops for retailers to learn techniques and creative tips while their team of creatives will offer expertise knowledge and advice on how to use the pens. CHSI has a strong needlecraft and yarn element for 2016 reflecting the growth in the knitting, crochet and sewing markets. Long standing exhibitor Groves will be celebrating its 50th anniversary at the trade show next year.
Craft, Hobby + Stitch International recently changed its name to CHSI Stitches, incorporating its widely recognised original title to celebrate its 40th year in 2015.
