Online craft education specialist justhands-on.tv has launched a new customer-focused website. The company has been working behind the scenes for more than a year to produce the revamped site, which includes a range of enhanced features.
A filter section makes videos easier to find, with users able to apply search parameters such as tutor, skill level and topic. There are more videos, with full-length workshops on techniques as diverse as appliqué, dyeing, block printing, felting, knitting and crochet. Extra tutors have also been introduced, including Gail Penberthy, Sallieann Harrison, Helen Butcher, Sarah Hatton and Fiona Goble. Free workshop notes and patterns are also available and the shop has been expanded, with technological improvements to provide better viewing on mobile devices.
“I want to thank all of our followers for their feedback,” says Steve Barton, CEO. “We listened, we changed, and we are already seeing improvements in engagement and sales.”
