Applications are now open for Seeds of Change 2026, the Association for Cultural Enterprises' annual £10,000 prize fund supporting sustainable and entrepreneurial initiatives within the cultural sector. The Seeds of Change prize fund is designed to foster greater creativity and dynamism within income generation and environmental sustainability, inspiring arts, heritage and cultural organisations to think about innovative ways of generating income while improving their sustainable impact.

The Art House The prize fund will empower a cultural organisation to design and deliver a project that fosters community engagement and promotes the adoption of sustainable practices to create a profitable new revenue stream. The winning project will have the potential to be replicated across the sector, and inspire others to think creatively about sustainable income generation.

Now in its third year, the Seeds of Change prize fund has already supported successful projects at Fruitmarket and The Art House. Paul Griffiths, Chief Executive, Association for Cultural Enterprises said, "Seeds of Change is a brilliant example of how cultural organisations can combine creativity with commercial thinking to deliver real impact. It's about supporting ideas that not only benefit communities and the environment, but also generate sustainable income for the future. We've seen some fantastic projects in recent years, and I'm really excited to see the next wave of ideas that will inspire the sector and demonstrate what's possible."
