ICHF Events has announced that the craft industry trade show CHSI Stitches will pause in 2026. The show has welcomed more than 250,000 visitors through its doors since it was started in 1976.
Simon Burns, ICHF Managing Director said: "CHSI Stitches will pause in 2026. This will allow us to step back and consider the evolving needs of the creative craft industry; shaped by shifting consumer behaviour, digital growth, and new retail models. CHSI Stitches has been running for 50 years and during that time we have welcomed more than 250,000 visitors through the doors. We are proud to have delivered so many shows and would not have been able to achieve this without the ongoing support of so many brilliant craft businesses, and the talented teams that work in them. We're very grateful to all of our exhibitors, visitors, and partners. The landscape of the craft industry and business in general has changed dramatically from when CHSI Stitches first started but the passion for creativity remains the same. Our many consumer shows continue to thrive and grow and we hope to continue to expand our reach."
