I’d always suggest starting with a good mix of proven bestsellers alongside a few products that make your shop a little different. We’re always happy to help customers find the right range. With a low minimum order value, fast dispatch and more than 3,000 products available, we try to make ordering as straightforward as possible. What sets you apart from your competitors? We’re not just a wholesaler, we’re also a manufacturer. Producing many of our own products in Peak Dale gives us greater control over quality and allows us to develop exclusive ranges. We’re also a genuine family business. Julie, our son Dan and I are all involved in the day-to-day running of the company, so our customers know they’re dealing with people who genuinely care. Do you visit any trade shows? Do you plan to visit any soon? We don’t currently have any trade shows planned. I prefer spending my time speaking directly with our customers, listening to feedback and using those conversations to help shape new products and improve the way we do business. What are you looking forward to most over the next year? I’m always looking at what our customers need next. Over the coming year we’ll continue adding new products across our ranges while keeping the tried-andtested favourites our customers know and enjoy. I think it’s important to keep the catalogue evolving without losing the products people come to us for in the first place.
