We design all our products and solutions to be simple, dependable and easy to use – whether someone is personalising handmade gifts, organising their home or printing everyday documents. Do you visit any trade shows? Do you plan to visit any soon? It’s been a while since we’ve exhibited at trade shows, but we’re always inspired by what’s happening in the craft space. We’d definitely look to visit again in the future to gather ideas, connect with makers and see first-hand what’s capturing people’s creativity. What are you looking forward to most over the next year? We’re really looking forward to seeing how our products continue to spark creativity at home. It’s fantastic to see the projects people come up with and post on social media – especially applications that we might not have previously considered. We’ve recently launched on TikTok, which is an exciting step for us, and we’re hoping it will help us connect more closely with the crafting community, exchange ideas and encourage even more people to give something new a try. What new products can we expect from you in the future? Our current craft labelling range is performing well and resonates strongly with our creative community. That said, innovation is a part of our DNA and we’re constantly listening to customers and exploring new ways to support their creativity, so it’s definitely a case of watch this space.
