CHSI Stitches headline speakers revealed: Image 1 ICHF Events has revealed its headline speakers for CHSI Stitches 2019. Paul Wright, co-founder of HOCHANDA will join Sarah Cressall, founder of The Creation Station. Each will deliver a presentation to help support craft businesses in a rapidly-changing retail landscape. Sarah will share practical ideas to give customers a memorable in-store experience, while Paul will give a personal review of the social changes that have impacted the craft industry, looking at the ways in which different mediums and skills have passed down from one generation to the next. He will explain how to build a successful craft business by harnessing new and emerging communication technologies.

James Mcintosh and senior consultant Dr Thomas Ernst will present a talk on Knititation, a new concept that combines knitting and mindfulness, while Steffi Stern from The Makerss will share her sales knowledge and reveal how retailers can be authentic and passionate about what they do.

“We are delighted that so many craft industry figures are coming to CHSI Stitches in February,” says Dominic Fleming, show director. “Visitors will get exclusive access to some vital industry data and expert advice to benefit their businesses and deepen their understanding of customers and the retail landscape, making the show a must for everyone in the creative craft industry. ICHF's mission is to have a crafter in every household and by supporting the industry we are getting a step closer to that goal.”

Other speakers will include global influencer Warren Knight, who will share his thoughts on digital marketing, while Liz Rivers and Nicola Lugard Davies will reveal simple window display techniques.
