The London Stationery Show takes place on Tuesday and Wednesday next week, April 25th - 26th, at the Business Design Centre in Islington, as part of National Stationery Week, which runs from Monday to Sunday.
More than 160 suppliers and 300 brands are taking part in the biggest Stationery Show to date, continuing its pattern of consistent growth year on year. Suppliers including Abrams & Chronicle, AT Cross, BrownTrout, Enveco, Flame Tree Publishing, Lime Stationery, Maped Helix, Museums & Galleries, Mustard, Nuco, Stone Marketing, Pyramid International and Two Little Boys, are among the 160-plus exhibitors.
New initiatives for the 2017 show include the Craft Business Creative Hub and the display of the 12 winners from the show's first LaunchPad competition, plus there's the return of the Stationery Awards, this year up to a bumper 400 entries, and a packed seminar programme.
The Craft Business Creative Hub of exhibitor workshops is offering visitors the chance to try out new products, learn new techniques and test their creativity with card kits, gift boxes and wrap, and decorating everything from bags, mugs and door knobs! This year's seminar programme has been extended to cover two quick-delivery seminar theatres covering topics including stationery trends, what blogging is really all about, how to optimise your website, what's happening to the UK's retail landscape and the top 10 tips to make money out of your store – among others. In addition, a team from online curated marketplace notonthehighstreet.com, will be at the show on Wednesday for a mini stationery Pitch Up event to look for Partners.
This event is open to both exhibitors and visitors who are interested in developing an idea or product exclusively for notonthehighstreet.com. The event starts at 10.30am in the South Seminar Theatre. “Stationery is on trend and in fashion. Paper products are increasingly design-led and your pen and notebook selection is a lifestyle choice. For timetable of events planned visit the London Stationery Show website.
The London Stationery Show is the place for retailers to review, try out and choose stationery that will complement the rest of their product offer,” says Tim Willoughby, managing director of Ocean Media, owners of the London Stationery Show.
