The principal tool is a cardboard cut-out that can be folded into three-dimensional polyhedral building blocks. These blocks are connected to each other by cardboard joints, several of which are integrated into the cut-out itself. The polyhedral packs can be assembled along multiple axes, allowing for a vast variety of three-dimensional configurations. The innovative design is in use by education departments in museums since 2014.
