The Great British Craft Fair will showcase the very best of traditional and contemporary British crafts, designed to entice shoppers on the hunt for authentic handmade gifts and homeware that are guaranteed to be 100 per cent made in Britain. The first three events are scheduled as follows: • EventCity, Manchester, 20 th -21 st November • Wetherby Racecourse, Yorkshire, 27 th -28 th November • East of England Arena, Peterborough, 4 th -5 th December Three venues have been carefully selected to ensure the new events can serve proven affluent markets in the northwest, east of England and Yorkshire, with each one being very easily accessible by car with lots of free parking. The shows themselves will provide a premium shopping experience for visitors to browse show-stopping pieces for the home and garden, combined with beautiful gifts for Christmas. Product categories will include ceramics, jewellery, textiles and fashion accessories, toys, woodwork, glasswork, metalwork, paper and print, fine art, furniture and home accessories, home fragrance, specialty food and other artisanal products. Up to 100 applications from designer-makers will be accepted at each venue, ensuring a curated showcase of a strong range of exhibitors, whilst the exhibition halls themselves have plenty of space to allow for a safe and comfortable shopping environment for visitors.
