With 16,000 international visitors expected, this enormous event will showcase the latest products, trends and collections across knitting, embroidery, crocheting, sewing and other popular crafts. The theme for this year’s event is ‘Rock your success – success through creativity’. The event will open with a series of talks by photographer and businesswoman Nina Schnitzenbaumer, who will discuss a range of business strategies, explaining how others can reach their customers effectively. Other highlights will include Gabriela Kaiser, whose interior design presentation will look at attracting your target audience, explaining why bricks-and-mortar retailers need to offer their customers more than just products on shelves. PR manager and editor Katrin Speer will also be on hand to present the most important rules for sustainable customer relationships, while communications guru Sarah Steiner will focus on the elements of good service.
