How can retailers get to see your products? Our newest lines are launched at CHSI Stitches each year, and this is the best opportunity to see the finished kits on display. We also have a website where our current ranges are available to view, and orders can be placed once a trade account has been set up. Peter has just upgraded the entire site, so if you haven’t visited recently you may be surprised to see how much has changed! What sets you apart from your competitors? As a smaller company, we have a team who get involved with every aspect of the business, so we are able to see how processes work and make changes quickly, ensuring that we offer the best service possible. We are able to make swift decisions and bring in fresh product very quickly while ensuring that our ranges do not overlap with each other. This helps us to keep our selection as varied as possible. Are there any significant launches coming up in 2019? RIOLIS is in the process of launching Diamond Mosaic, a completely new craft that will join its extensive needlework collection. The design team has painstakingly converted some of its bestselling cross stitch pieces into diamond painting kits, so these stunning projects can be enjoyed by non-stitchers too. The company’s commitment to quality has been applied to each item, with multiple tools provided so that every working preference is covered. How do you expect SoloCrafts to evolve in the years to come? Our plan is to grow with our partners and keep bringing new and exciting products to market whilst retaining the level of personal service our customers and suppliers are used to. We are investing in research and development on a number of projects that we look forward to announcing in detail later in the year.
