How would you advise a retailer who is interested in stocking your products? If a retailer is interested in our products, we’re able to offer online catalogues and electronic price lists (we do also have some printed versions available), fabric samples, knowledgeable staff members to talk to on the telephone and a team of agents who are happy to call and see potential and existing customers. We can also offer a variety of display stands and thread cabinets and are happy to advise the best products to choose. We’re also able to arrange demonstration days. What sets you apart from your competitors? We offer a friendly service and are always willing to help customers in any way we’re able and have a range of quality products to choose from. Do you visit any trade shows? Do you plan to visit any soon? We’ve exhibited at the CHSI every year since we started the business and hope to continue to support this show. What are you looking forward to most over the next year? Our plans for the future are to continue sourcing new and exciting products, there’s always room to improve our website and we continue to add new products weekly. We also have a closed Facebook group, where we can keep our customers up to date with new products. What new products can we expect from you in the future?
