Craft and cat lovers are invited to take part in the charity's latest craftalong event where they'll receive the exclusive Craft for Cats cross stitch pattern to follow and colour as they wish. This is designed to be inclusive for cross stitch beginners who want to try something new, as well as experts who want to brush up on their skills. They can join in with the live craftalong with Caterpillar Cross Stitch on Facebook from 10am to midday on Saturday 4 May, or catch up later by watching a video recording. The cost to take part is £23 (with £10 going to help cats) and includes a craft kit, exclusive access to the Craft for Cats Facebook group, support from a dedicated team and access to the live craftalong. The image that graces the front cover of our October/November issue entitled 'Cunning' is the latest counted cross stitch kit by Bothy Threads, inspired by artist Rachel Froud. Part of The Menagerie Collection, the range is based on brightly coloured animal closeups and also includes Sea turtles, elephants, lions and more. Worked on 14 count full colour printed Zweigart Aida with pre-sorted stranded cottons this design uses cross stitch and back stitch.

A small family company, Mouseloft has been designing and making its own pocket money kits in Cheshire since 1996. New for 2023, Mouseloft is excited to launch one new design in the Make Me For Christmas Range, entitled: Moose. And, three new designs in the: Stitchlets for Christmas Range - including a jolly penguin design. All kits contain: aida fabric, threads, needle and instructions!

Mel Rodicq is the latest artist to join the 'Heritage family'. Welcome on board! Here is the design Hidden Valley (MSHV1686). I just adore the colours. The design is part of the range entitled: Mel's Stitches and measures 20.5cm x 20.5cm. The RRP is £34.99. These designs are available on 27ct evenweave or 14ct aida fabric. The kit contains: Zweigart fabric, DMC stranded cottons sorted on to numbered cards, a needle, and clear charts and instructions. We can't wait to hear your thoughts!

Mouseloft has announced some exciting designs all featuring our favourite garden character, the gnome. The Just Gnomes! range shows these quirky characters participating in an array of activities from hiking to fishing. The designs all fit within a 64mm diameter circle for framing. Each kit contains aida fabric (14hpi Zweigart), threads (DMC), needle and full, easy to follow instructions. This range and other collections are also available in a retail pack!
