Sheaffer® has just announced that they will be working with fashion designers Palmer//Harding for London Fashion Week SS15. This will be the second time that the 100-year-old luxury writing instrument brand has worked with the internationally renowned fashion team, due to the success of their last collaboration.
Sheaffer®'s stylish and design-led pens will be incorporated into the specialist shirt label's Feminine Journey SS15 collection on Sunday 14th September, at Lincolns Inn Chapel, London.
Jasmine Jones, International Business Development Manager at Sheaffer® said: “The Sheaffer® brand has been synonymous with innovation and craftsmanship since 1913, offering fine writing instruments that have captured the imagination and emotions of consumers all over the world. We are delighted that Palmer // Harding have chosen Sheaffer® writing instruments to support their collection's presentation. We are thrilled to be working with the team for a second time and to see our writing instruments incorporated into the collection is wonderful”
Palmer//Harding is a designer label, created by Levi Palmer and Matthew Harding whose focus is bringing directional design to the shirt. Since launching the label in September 2011, the Central Saint Martins trained duo has seen their collections grace the pages of many international publications. Levi Palmer, designer at palmer // harding said “Working with Sheaffer® for a second season has been fantastic. The exceptional quality of their writing instruments has wonderful synergy with our own brand; embracing elegance, sophistication and modern beauty. Qualities that not only describe the product but the woman who owns them as well. Apart from that it has been a joy having had Sheaffer® as a creative instrument, aiding us in our journey at every step of the collection from research to design development and finished garments, Sheaffer® has been there.”
"The SS15 season is more feminine than previous collections and explores a personal journey from vulnerability to strength using photographs of flowers in their last moments of delicate beauty as a medium for design development. The collection embraces the beauty in moments of change and ageing."
