Enter in through Town Square and take a ride on our hop-on/hop-off tour bus to get a feel for what’s new and exciting throughout the Show. Stop by the Edible Arts Shoppe, sponsored by Satin Ice, to learn crafting in a ‘foodie’ way; Get information about new technology that can take your business into the future in the Tech Park; Pick up some delicious treats at our food truck and learn a new craft in the Artisan Fair; Learn the basics of painting in our Art Studio featuring the Society of Decorative Painter’s new Make With Paint program, which teaches the how-tos of painting; Relive your summer camp days at Camp Creativity; and grab a beer or wine with your colleagues at the International Bistro. There’s so much happening on the show floor that three days may not seem enough. Don’t forget, throughout the show there will be chances to win donated prizes from our manufacturers – just drop your door prize ticket in the tumbler in Town Square. Relax at the after party At the end of the day Sunday, head on out to the shuttle pick up area and hop on one of our pedi-cabs to The After Party at The Duce. Have fun dancing, eating, playing games and crafting with Michaels at this energetic networking event. Part of the ticket proceeds go to AFCI’s official charity – Kids in Need Foundation. Kids in Need will also be at The After Party accepting school supply donations. All donations that value $25 USD or more will receive a drink ticket to help you enjoy your evening. You don’t want to miss The Ultimate Pitch Contest at 9.30 am, which will feature five of our Innovations Center finalists pitching their new product idea to a panel of judges for a chance to win $10,000. Wow! I’m exhausted just thinking about everything that’s going into planning Creativation 2018. But I know that all of the hard work is worth it once those doors open and everyone is smiling, doing business, networking and enjoying the entire event!
